[REDACTED] was attempting to make a cut on a tree limb that was hanging and still attached to a tree he kicked at the tree limb to get it to roll. When doing this somehow he hit his knee on the chainsaw. ee was wearing his chaps however he did not secure the leg straps buckles. ee also failed to engage the brake on the chainsaw.
