WAS BEGINNING TO HEM THE EDGES OF ONE OF THE SIDE PIECES

What happened

WHEN HE PLACED THE PART UP TO THE HEMMING MACHINE THE PART MADE CONTACT WITH THE MACHINE GUARDING AND TABLE WHEREBY STOPPING THE PART FROM FULL POSITIONING INTO THE HEM TOOL. AT THE SAME TIME THE OPERATOR WAS MAVING HIS HAND ARMS INTO POSITION FOR THE NEXT STEP BUT BECAUSE THE PART HAD GOTTEN PARTIALLY HUNG UP ON THE MACHINE THE OPERATOR 'S FOREARM MADE CONTACT WITH A CORNER OF THE PART AT WHICH TIME THE SEVERE CUT HAPPENED.
