Walking a patient they sat down employee caught them and hurt back.

The patient asked to use toilet for BM nurse suggested bed pain due to continuous bladder irrigation. Pt refused stating he was going to bathroom. RN assisted him to bathroom; he took a few steps and then squatted and sat down abruptly taking RN with him. 5 nurses got pt to recliner he stated he hit his head no marks or indication of this and unwitnessed. CT head ordered STAT for pt by MD. RN hir elbow on IV machine and injured her back during this.
