Before the incident

Employee was returning from picking up lunch and was walking through the office of warehouse back to his desk.

What happened

As employee was walking he lost consciousness twice from a pulminary embolism that caused him to blackout and fall to the floor twice. When he hit the floor he suffered injuries to his knees arm as well as face.
