Client was performing a repair to a pin hole in a pipe in the Alkylation unit. Employee was inspecting the repair work being performed.

What happened

Pin hole in a pipe resulted in the pipe fail requiring an emergency exit from the unit. Upon attempting to exit the unit the employee fell resulting in an injury to his right lower leg.
