What happened
Eye injury from metal rod. Temporary Employee was preparing leveling dock to unload trailer; the dock leveler was not functioning properly and the employee got inside the trailer and tried to pull the swivel part with a metal tool while pulling it this one slip and employee got hit with metal tool by same inertia. Got injured on his eye.
