What happened

On [REDACTED] IW reported to management that he claimed to be sitting behind the front of the front desk on [REDACTED]. IW reported that as he stood up IW was treated and diagnosed with a concussion.his foot became caught in a cord under the desk causing him to trip and fall. During the fall reported fall IW claims he struck the back of his head on a flower vase located on the table behind him. IW reported he placed an ice pack on his head and was able to continue his shift. Later that same day IW did seek medical attention at the emergency room.
