Starting shift [REDACTED] placed her lunch box and water bottle into the tractor cabin. She then retrieved her loading book from the cabin and began to step down from the tractor. Back facing outward as she stepped down.

As she stepped down off the tractor her back was facing out she slipped (she believes the step was wet) and landed wrong on her ankle
