What happened

During an intervention upon holding a wire for the physician with my left hand my right hand was positioning patient for flouroscopy image i suddenly felt a sharp pain on the top of my shoulder that radiated down my arm. it was increasingly difficult to keep positioning the patient for the shooting pain.
