Approximately [REDACTED] the employee was getting a strip out of a pallet. He moved out of the way of the forklift and tripped over a leaf blower. When he tripped he attempted to steady himself on a table stand the stand moved and he fell. Left arm was still holding on to the table when he impacted the floor.
