What happened

I was on-site to complete mandatory RQI training. The mannikin on the 3rd floor was broken therefore I went down to the mannikin located in the conference room. I opened the door to the conference room and when it closed it smashed two of my fingers in it. I later went to the ED at AHCR to get it checked out. There are open lacerations that did not require stitches. I also got an XRay image to ensure that there are no fractures. Which there are not.
