Before the incident

I was walking to the ER department to talk to one of the providers about a prescription for a patient that was seen [REDACTED] as i was walking through the BH side the patient was walking through her room when she punched me on the right side of my face on my jaw line under my ear i turned around to see who she was and felt on my knees and dropped my phone because i felt kind of dizzy heard some yelling and one of the staff come to get me and took me to one of the rooms police came.
