pt arrived to ER with EMS pt was intoxicated and restrained while moving the patient from EMS stretcher to ER stretcher pt began thrashing around trying to get up I pinned the patient to replace restraints sustained an abrasion to R forearm and had the pt 's blood make contact with the abrasion. I cleaned the area as soon as the pt was restrained.
