What happened

The patient was walking back to bed from the bathroom. I then saw the patient trying to take a seat on the bed she folded her leg and I witnessed the patient about to sit on the floor instead. I reacted quickly to save the patient or at least my goal was to get her steady back to her feet. However I lost my balance and fell against the table and on to the floor.
