What happened

After cutting rebar the waste container pan was full under the cutter from rebar scraps. [REDACTED] pulled out the container which was on wheels and was transferring the scraps to a bigger dumpster for disposal. While reaching into the pan to get some scrap rebar one piece of rebar traveled up the cuff off his glove and under two long sleeved hoodies he had on and he received a laceration on his right wrist.
