What happened

A patient in [REDACTED] was found on the floor on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and I assisted with 3 other people to assist patient to standing from the floor. I was on the back of the patient and it was requested that the chair to my left be pulled under patient to sit. I reached for the chair while still holding the gate belt on patient to assist him with standing. [REDACTED] I noticed muscle pain to my right upper-mid back area when I twist to the left similar to the motion of retrieving the chair.
