I was assisting another nurse with a wound vac application and when I placed something on the tray table I felt something sharp against my hand. Iris scissors laying on the table. I had gloves on and gloves were not punctured. Gloves removed with no blood noted on my hand. Hand sanitizer used and hands washed. Small abrasion to right dorsal hand near knuckle.
