What happened

I am on light duty working at a nursing station on a rolling chair. I was getting up from chair with crutches and I have small to moderate upper body strength and I was not able to keep my body balanced and the chair rolled out from behind me and I fell backwards onto the floor in nursing station. My assistant manager heard me fall and came to check on me as well as other staff.
