Patient was having prolonged decels while standing. I made the decision to move her from stretcher to bed with a lateral pull. [REDACTED] was supposed to help with lifting upper body. [REDACTED] did not. When I pulled her across with her sheets my left knee buckled with immediate pain. After patient was stable and comfortable. I 'walked ' it off.
