Before the incident

Resident was slouched down in bed and all the way over to the right side if the bed with his breakfast tray in front of him. I used both arms the right behind the resident head shoulders while hyperextending my left arm over the front of him to move him over and sit him up in bed so he could safely swallow his pillows.
