Operator tried lifting filler to fit it into the support bracket on the inner side of the table on [REDACTED]. In doing so they lifted the inner side of the filler holding the supporting shaft rather than the handle. As the filler slid into the supporting bracket their finger got caught. They were sent to a clinic where a fracture was diagnosed.
