What happened

While addressing a cheese pile-up on RMC 2 the employee reached into the area and his fingers became caught on the splash guard resulting in a laceration between the pinky and ring fingers of his right hand. Immediate first aid was administered onsite by the Packaging Supervisor; however bleeding could not be controlled. Medcor Triage Line was called but advised to be seen at ER.
