What happened

I was in the [REDACTED] walking towards the surgeon during the surgery I didn 't notice the boom was just in front of my forehead height and hit my forehead and head. Everybody in the room aware and saw when it happened. I notified the charge nurse and planning on visiting the Employee Health in the afternoon.
