Before the incident

No one shut the garage when leaving the shop and with being alone at the shop it was best it be shut so no one comes in. [REDACTED] said to shut it and press stop when it was all the way down even though I do not recall anyone fixing it. So I went to do that and a bulky chain popped off and landed right on my head. I believe it gave me a mild concussion since my head still hurts feels weird [REDACTED].
