EE was lowering a press cage onto a forklift.

What happened

We were lowering a press cage onto a forklift using an overhead crane this was so we could take the press cage out for trash (metal). While lowering the press cage onto the forklift it fell forward and pinched [REDACTED] 's left ring finger between the cage and the forklift. The result was a broken left hand ring finger.
