I was lifting a heavy door rack at mod 3 and turnedtwisted when i lifted and got a sharp neck pain

I was on a new job this am I was in a tight space trying to lift a door framerack and put it in position when I lifted it and twisted to move it I got a sharp pain in neck and into my head I now have a really bad headache
