pulling a skid

What happened

Between [REDACTED] I was unloading my truck at dock door 26. I bent over to pull a 150-160lb. skid around that was put in my truck sideways so that I could use a pallet jack to get the skid back. While pulling the skid I had a sharp pain on my right side starting around my hip down thru my buttock & to the right leg. Still suffering pain & soreness in my lower back.
