What happened

I was getting back to the forklift from checking the freight. I sat back down but my sleeve got caught & I took my right sleeve off before it got worse. My glove got caught on the pulley system & right thumb got pinched in the gear & the pulley system. Due to trying to get free scratched my left side of neck. Right shoulder abrasion & head bump.
