What happened

Employee was fixing decorations for the [REDACTED] celebration in the dining room using a ladder. As she stepped down from the last step of the ladder she fell to the floor and reported mild pain in her right buttock. She refused to be sent to the clinic at that time. She later went to Kaiser clinic due to right buttock pain increased. An X-ray was performed and no fracture was identified.
