[REDACTED] WAS WALKING INTO BURGER KING TO USE THE RESTROOM WHEN SHE SLIPPED AND FELL ONTO A WET FLOOR CAUSING HER KNEE TO TWIST AND POP. THERE WAS NO IMMEDIATE PAIN AND SHE CARRIED ON WITH HER DAY. THERE WAS A WET FLOOR SIGN OUT INDICATING THE WET FLOOR HOWEVER SHE LOST HER FOOTING AND ATTEMPTED TO STOP THE FALL RESULTING IN THE INJURY.
