EE was in the process of assisting another employee in refilling Bag Machine 27 's oil reservoir on top of the Printing Press Section after a reservoir hydraulic leak was repaired. While EE was attempting to climb a portable ladder (8) while carrying an oil container (approximately 3.5 gallons) to pass the container to the other employee they slipped lost their balance and fell off (approximately 3).
