EMPLOYEE WENT TO DELIVER A PACKAGE TO THE FRONT DOOR. AS HE WAS TAKING A PICTURE OF THE PACKAGE THE GARAGE DOOR OPEN AND A DOG CAME CHARGING OUT TOWARDS HIM. HE BEGAN TO BACK UP DOWN THE DRIVEWAY AND TRIPPED AND FELL HURTING HIS FOOT AND HAND.
