WHILE OFFLOADING THE AFT BELLY COMPARTMENT OF THE [REDACTED] WAS GRABBING BOXES AND PUT THEM IN A POSITION TO BE ABLE TO OFFLOADED IN THE DOOR WAY. AS SHE REMOVED A BOX IT CAUSED A HEAVIER BOX THAT WAS LEANING AGAINST THE ONE SHE REMOVED TO FALL ON HER RIGHT KNEE.
