What happened

EE WAS HEADED HOME ON HIS E-SCOOTER RIDING AT APPROX. 15 MPH WHILE TRYING TO FIX HIS BELT HE SIMULTANEOUSLY HIT A POTHOLE LOST CONTROL OF THE E-SCOOTER AND FELL TO THE GROUND. HE FELT A LOT OF PAIN IN HIS RIGHT WRIST RIGHT SIDE AND RIGHT LEG. HE WASN 'T ABLE TO CONTINUE RIDING AND NEEDED ASSISTANCE TO GET TO URGENT CARE WHERE THEY SUGGESTED HE GO TO THE ER.
