What happened

While working in the cellar an employee came into contact with hot liquor. The employee was utilizing hot liquor in a process to produce a concentrated spice addition for one of our beers. The employee momentarily lost control of the hose resulting in filling their left boot with hot liquor. The employee was taken to the emergency room for treatment of burns to his left foot.
