COURIER WAS DELIVERING A PACKAGE TO [REDACTED] S. [REDACTED] WAY DID NOT DELIVER TO FRONT DOOR BECAUSE OF PORCH PIRATES IN THE AREA. TWO DOGS CHARGED AGGRESSIVELY AND ONE DOG BITE HIM ON THE LEFT ARM. DOGS CHASED HIM INTO THE CAB OF THE TRUCK. THE OWNER CAME OUT AND GOT THE DOGS OF HIM AND OUT OF THE TRUCK.
