TRACTOR TRAILER DRIVER WAS DRIVING IN SEVERE RAIN STORM WITH HIGH GUST WINDS DOWN RTE 93 IN THE MIDDLE LANE. THE TRAILER CAUGHT WIND WHICH CAUSED THE DRIVER TO LOSE CONTROL AND HIT THE MEDIAN.
