EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING ON THE AM SORT AS A BELT SPLITTER WHICH INVOLVES PUSHING PULLING AND SOMETIMES LIFTING PACKAGES. THE EMPLOYEE EVENTUALLY STARTED TO FEEL PAIN IN HER RIGHT HAND ARM AND SHOULDER UP TO HER NECK. AS DAYS PASSED THE PAIN BECAME MORE SEVERE.
