I was loading the totes in the blue durable on the dock When I went to set it down inside the container the side collapsed and I fell inside the container I couldnt get up right away I proceeded to load the containers with the forklift The [REDACTED] when I got to work I did tell [REDACTED] what happened and that my knee felt sore and felt like something was clicking in my knee
