What happened

Results of the exam show an OSHA reportable hearing loss shift in the right ear. Employee had a family emergency that he needed to attend to and was not around to have his hearing re-checked to verify the shift. Since he was gone and we couldn 't retest we reported the shift on the OSHA logs.
