Mr. [REDACTED] had been unloading his semi trailer at a job site His truck was loaded with round Spiral Pip some with insulation inside of the pipe witch weights approximately 120 LBS each.

What happened

Mr. [REDACTED] started filling some pain in his low abdomen. Once Mr. [REDACTED] finished unloading and went to close the doors on the simi trailer and got in the truck this is when he started filling discomfort in his abdomen.
