Before the incident

While exiting the secure area en route to the transport van at [REDACTED] the flight attendant observed a woman who had fallen at the top of a descending escalator and was attempting to get up and move off the escalator.

What happened

The flight attendant went to assist the woman and reached out to help her. The woman grabbed her arm and the flight attendant assisted her to a standing position. During this action the flight attendant felt a strain in her neck and arm.
