Transferring a mold from a pallet into a storage rack

What happened

While transferring the mold from the pallet to the rack the mold became caught on an exposed nail on the pallet. After a few attempts to free it the mold suddenly became lose causing a shift in weight leading the mold to slip off the pallet and strike the employee 's left shin
