Before the incident

A camper had fallen overboard the kayak during a camping program and EE was trying to get her back onto the boat.

What happened

EE was attempting to exit their boat in order to assist overboard camper with getting back in theirs. In the process of exiting boat EE fell into a coworkers canoe hurting their shoulder.
