What happened

EE was resting thier foot on a stabilizer bar of the line then leaned over the line which pushed up the food safety smock into the interior rotating shaft. While the smock was being pulled from getting caught it pulled her closer to the rotating shaft before the e-stop was hit stopping the pulling. Only the smock contacted the rotating shaft
