Cleaning the patient up and assisting her from the from the bathroom back into the bed with gaitbelt and walker.

I was assisting the patient from the bathroom back into the bed. She had on a gaitbelt with a walker and yellow socks and her knees gave out as soon as we reach the bedside and i assisted her to the ground as she fell.
