Before the incident he was grabbing his tools from the company’s vehicle that he needed to begin his solar tasks for the day.

What happened

While he was walking back towards the house with his tools in both hands he slipped on a rock causing his left foot to get stuck in a crack and making him fall down. Approximately a 2 foot drop. Due to his fall he experienced pain in his left ankle making him think maybe a sprain .
