What happened
FMCC employee [REDACTED] was preparing to leave the jobsite. While placing a 30-pound jackhammer into the back of the service truck; the tool struck the top part of the trucks rack. This caused the jackhammer to rebound; striking Mr. [REDACTED] in the left bicep.
