Our driver stated above was stepping out of his van with packages in his hand and he rolled his ankle stepping out He called and told me when it happened and it took him a minute to collect himself and assess if he was safe able to drive himself back to the station He did make it back safely and I helped him get back to his car after having filled out the witness statement attached There was some noticeable swelling on the ankle in question but no bruising so it is reminiscent of a minor sprain He was given all of the options between calling the nurse line and setting up an appointment or opting into home care Indian clinic evaluation on [REDACTED] As stated in the witness statement he denied immediate medical attention and just told me that he would get checked out by his own clinic and would update us with any restrictions issues going into the [REDACTED]
