What happened

After changing knives [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] attempted to roll the chipper disc to make sure the knives were set properly and to ensure that the disc would spin freely before starting the equipment. The chipper would not spin freely. [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] communicated with each other to rotate the disc up to reset the knives. [REDACTED] had his hand on one of the knives as they started to rotate the disc.
